Last Tuesday mother nature’s clock ticked on over to the cycle of metal energy as the Fall Equinox arrives. In the Chinese system of energy known as the 5 Elements which govern the 12 meridian maps of Acupuncture each season is associated with an element and its related qualities.

How are these qualities showing up in your life? Where do you need more of them? Where does there need to be more balance? When our metal element energy is out of synch, our money issues will be related to non-coherent and often unconscious beliefs that money is bad or tarnished, we lose faith, have issues with our fathers, and can feel at a spiritually low ebb. When we have received sufficient Earth element energy to nurture the cycle our Metal element blossoms with coherence. We are able to let go of what we no longer need, connect with our own inner source or the divine within us, access our incisive intellect, enjoy respect, act from pure values, have a sense of ideals and be inspired.
Any number of life issues can block the smooth flow of our energy. Making a commitment to personal growth over a life time, will contribute to a continually renewing and transforming field of energy that uplifts us. An easy way to feed that commitment is by staying attuned to the seasons and aligning our energy with its natural flow.
